Cookie and storage notice

This page describes cookies and similar browser storage used by scheduler-app.org. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
1. Cookies
- sa_session — HTTP-only session cookie for signed-in users. Duration: up to 7 days or until logout. Purpose: authentication. Strictly necessary; no consent required, but we inform you here.
- NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language choice (en/pl). Duration: session or persistent per browser. Purpose: display the site in your preferred language.
2. Browser storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)
We store functional data locally to improve your experience. This is not advertising tracking.
- theme_preference — light/dark theme.
- Editor drafts, composer layout, workflow state — may contain participant names/emails until you clear data or complete a cloud save.
- Solver results cache — temporary schedule output for the results page.
3. How to control storage
- Use “Clear data” in the app to remove local drafts.
- Delete cookies via browser settings; you will be signed out.
- Sign out to end your server session.
4. Future changes
If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will request your consent before setting them and update this notice.
