Last updated: 2026-06-25
These Terms govern your use of Conference Scheduler (scheduler-app.org) as a business user / event organizer. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service
We provide an online tool to collect availability and meeting requests, run a scheduling optimizer, and export or email agendas. Features may change; we aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
2. Account
- Sign-in uses passwordless magic links sent to your email.
- You must provide a valid email and keep access to it.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not share session cookies or project unlock tokens.
3. Your data and participant data
You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid legal basis under GDPR to upload and process personal data about your event participants (clients, companies, attendees).
When you upload participant data, you instruct us to process it on your behalf as described in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of these Terms.
You must not upload unlawful, excessive, or special-category data (e.g. health, biometrics) unless we explicitly agree in writing.
Inform participants before sending self-service share links and provide them with your privacy notice where required.
4. Acceptable use
We may suspend access for violations or operational risk.
- No spam, harassment, or automated abuse of endpoints.
- No attempts to bypass security, encryption, or rate limits.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Availability and support
The service is provided on a best-effort basis unless a separate SLA applies. Contact support@scheduler-app.org for support.
6. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the software and branding. You retain rights in your project content. You grant us a limited licence to host, encrypt, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or scheduling outcomes. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim (or EUR 100 if no fees were paid), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach or inactivity with notice where reasonable. On termination, cloud project data is deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Courts in Poland have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
